Disaster Vacation - Episode 5 - Part II - Arrival

I am so sorry for the length of time it took me to get this out, but I just recently had a sudden spurt of writing and I didn't want to stop in case I lost it.
This was the most difficult part to write because, essentially, nothing really happened for the first half and I was lost.
Anyway here it is and the next part has more going on, I promise. :D
The new episode can be found here:

New PC!!!

Well I finally went out and did it. Got my new PC, I mean. I've transferred all of my Sims 2 saved game (blah blah blah) stuff to it and got it running with the no-cd crack (don't want SecuROM ruining this one)

So what does that mean for you?
Well first of all it means that my game runs a hell of a lot smoother and faster, which means I can take more pictures in my allotted time in the game and get updates done faster.
It also means that the game is running on the highest graphical settings which means my pictures will be better.
And finally, it means that I will enjoy playing the game more because I don't have any trouble with it, which, in turn, means that this story is very likely to get to the end!!! :D

Sims 3 should also arrive on Friday and then we can all check that out. (please say it's good, please say it's good)

Disaster Vacation - Episode 5 - Part I - Departure

Well, I guess it's been a while, but since I have told everyone why I couldn't put this chapter up I hope this comes as a major surprise to you all.
I have been very busy and have now caught up with my back order of drawings! ;)
I have begun writing the next bit - all I have to do now, is wait about a month until I get my new pc!!!
Perhaps if The Sims 2 continues running fine then I will, maybe, have another update before then.
Anyway, enough of my blabbering, go check out the episode!
Episode 5 can be found here:

Surprise Drawing For Sandy

After some pretty hard decision making (on which part of the magic carpet ride to do) I decided the easiest option would get the best outcome. And so, I picked a screenshot from a clip that didn't have too much detail. ;)

Obviously I would have liked to do something a bit more adventurous - although I think animated people are my forte.

This was the first "practice" drawing. It was going to be the actual drawing when I started it, but I messed it up and their faces were all wrong and something about it that didn't sit right with me.

Surprise Drawing For Ashley!

So I think this is one of my favourites.
It has quickly become one of my favourite Disney movies, the animation of Pocahontas' hair throughout is just magical and I really wanted (and hope I did) capture that in my drawing.
So this is for you Ashley :D

No Update.

So, first off I am going to apologise for not providing you with an update to Disaster Vacation.

Secondly, I am going to tell you why; my pc has been running very slow - especially whilst in game. I just got really sick of it and so I am in the process of purchasing a new pc. I have seen a high end Packard Bell and will be getting that soon. Then I just need to transfer my sims data and continue.

So there is some good news :D

It should also be able to play Sims 3 on that although I won't be using that for Disaster Vacation - perhaps for future stories though. It depends on which one I prefer.

Hard To Believe!

It's hard to believe it has been almost a month since I updated!
So much has been going on, thankfully I have had a lot of work and been making lots of money!
I have been distracted constantly this month, with work, T.V shows that I have just got in to such as Gossip Girl and The Tudors, not to mention have been trying to become a lot more sociable. A lot has been going on.

The only trouble is, I have written the next episode, it's just I haven't had the time to get into the game and take all the pictures. But don't worry, I am about to do it just now. Hopefully, posting this will encourage me to get moving!
